This helpguide provides links to resources and tutorials to assist you in your online course delivery. This guide will be updated as new resources are made available. Please contact us if you are in need of assistance.

Faculty are welcome to use the Building #4 facilities for office hours or to assist students. Per Dean Page, Faculty should post notice of change of office hours location on D2L and at their office.

 

Please know every effort is being made to support student learning while our classes transition to online delivery. We have many resources and links to assist students and faculty. If you are demonstrating symptoms of illness such as coughing, fever, and or shortness of breath, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE LIBRARY. We are happy to help you remotely.

  • The Library and ASC in Building #4 will open to students by appointment; however, we will not have peer tutoring
  • If you are not on campus, we will be available to assist students via phone, email, and campus connect
  •  Please check the nfc.edu/alerts website for updates
  • Smarthinking is available for students 24/7 during this time
  • Ask-A-Librarian will be available to assist with research questions
  • The ASC will continue to respond to Writing Consultations
  • Library personnel will be available to remotely assist students  Monday-Thursday 8 am – 7:00 pm and Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm
  • The ASC personnel will be available to assist students remotely Monday-Thursday 8 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm
  • Help tutorials are available for D2L helpUsing the databases, and more
